Scenario: Trying to add a client called Craig Calloway. Application warns that Craig already exists and refuses to accept the Save.
In most cases, Craig is already in there, but he is archived, so he doesn't show in the list.
To fix:
1. Click the 'Add/Edit Clients' menu, then 'Edit Existing Client'
2. in the Persons Name dropdown, at the bottom of the list, click on '*Archived: Calloway, Craig, DOB: 21-11-69' 3. Untick the 'Archived' checkbox then save
4. Craig should now be available in the main screen to complete a Resi Statement
