FAQ A shift is OFF Unfilled - Sick, but I have left a message for an 'Available' staff member to return my call
Example of text to type into the 'Notes' box: "Do not fill this shift - SRC is waiting for a staff member to return a call"
Also, make the shift LOCKED so that house staff cannot fill the shift
Comment: A new 'Shift Type called OFF Unfilled - Sick (Left Message) is currently being considered by management, but may be rejected due to competing issue of 'too many shift types'
