FAQ: What are the business rules coded into HK Budget workflows?
The workflow assumes that managers don't want to see drafts out at the house.
As such, if there is a recent draft and also a recently approved (or en route) budget, a supervisor will be taken to the former, and a line manager will be taken directly to the latter.
The supervisor, should he or she want to then visit the 'approved or en route', there is a button for that at the top of the screen.
Recommendations: If you are a CERS Officer, switch yourself off (unless you have already done so) for DAS Manager and Cluster Manager access "now".
