Online Rostering collects availability (and unavailability) details from staff onto a single screen, and then on that same screen, matches this information against shifts that may need to be filled, for example, due to sick leave.
It does much more than this (for example, it can remotely receive shifts from the Excel-based RosterCoster tool, a remarkably popular, yet simple feature), but we have found that most organisations like to get availaibility and staff replacement covered as a first step, and then once that's a success, turn their minds to other features.
