We originally built TrainTrack (in other words, "tracking staff training") on a .Net platform for DHS Disability Learning and Development Unit in 2003 (project team for us was Vin McKay, Damien Ryan-Green, Tony Ryan and Craig Mutimer). The system was hosted on an internal DHS server.
In 2010, Sylvia Unferdorben (one of Jandapac's directors) gave us instructions to rework the system to make it available online, primarily to provide a service for her activities as a workplace assessor, but also to allow it to be used by the rest of us, including, in particular, Christine Tiernan as part of her role as Manager User Support Systems at Gateway.
