How a personal training club is helping solve the issue of tracking client contact hours for individualised support

We are currently developing a timetabling system for a large personal training centre in Queensland.
We have recognised in this software a cross-over for accommodation services providing individualised support for people with disabilities: in a workout centre you have "trainers" delivering "sessions" to "clients", and those sessions need to be tracked down to the dollar, or cent, as the case may be.
