EMSOnline is available to DHS and non-DHS users:
About the Data Control Centre
The Data Control Centre is a 'gatekeeper' that manages permissions and house / client details, but which can also, at the request of app managers, carry out other functions such as:

Relocate fields out of apps and into the Data Control Centre where the same info is typed into multiple apps, or where the same text is entered into a single app by a large number of users.
The Data Control Centre is also a safety net for managers who tend to bypass workflow emails, as many do, for example:

"Warning, 2 assessments in "app X" and 3 assessments in "app Y" need your attention. Would you like to visit these now?" (If the user says "Yes", he or she is then pushed directly into the creens of interest, one by one, and is able to "clear the decks")
However, the full range of support that you may want to give a user, both at the front door of EMSOnline and beyond, is almost infinite, for example:
- "You are trying to move a client from one house to another, but will now be blocked: two assessments and one budget have been detected submitted by a supervisor, but not yet processed by the management team. Do you want the relevant managers to be prompted now?"
