Linking to third party payroll systems

While we have most Awards coded into our tools, recent dramatic failures of some of our competitors (in particular, a recent failed attempt to link rostering and payroll in Queensland Health) have given us cause to formally risk manage this one function within our rostering suite.

 

This formal risk management comprises onsite tests and cross checks with you, and any risk management associated with data flow between our tools and your payroll/finance system/s.

 

*Please note that we will not be aware of specific requirements relating to this/these third party vendor/s in advance of meeting you. Further, this validation includes cross-referencing with any local costing tools you have been using prior to us, as a final layer of demonstrated risk management. This phase is typically popular with finance managers, and there tends to be good learnings arising at both your end and ours in terms of your local requirements as part of this process.
