About Us
To support the Roster review resource (RRR) as a clearly recognised benchmark across the sector, Kylie Hughes and Damien Ryan-Green have joined forces as a team to support the resource.
Kylie and Damien have been line managers across many years in government and non-government accommodation services, and have a wide range of experience in project roles. Both Kylie and Damien have always had major inputs into rostering processes and systems in the organisations for whom they've worked.
