There is mention here of offering ideas on rostering to other organisations. What if we don't want anyone to 'see' some of our ideas?
Organisations make available only information that another organisation may want to and need to see. There will always be internal matters that are nobody else's business. These internal matters are not part of the aspect of best practice rostering and benchmarking that involves the voluntary sharing of information, including rostering patterns that you are happy to share around.
